- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil for sautéing vegetables
For Slurry:
- 1 ½ Tbsps cornstarch
- 1 ½ cold water

You have all the ingredients prepped, you are now ready to make Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe:
- Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine corn flour, baking powder, flour, water, and oil; mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the chicken and mix with your hands so each piece is coated.
- Heat oil in a large wok or deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit on medium-high heat and drop chicken pieces in to fry for 1 minute per side.
